Custard Apple Rabadi

Custard Apple Rabadi

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: 40 minutes

Serves: 4


1 litre milk

1 cup custard apple pulp

5 tablespoon sugar

½ cup khoya

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

8-10 saffron strands

Almonds and pistachio for garnishing



Take milk in a pan and boil it till it is almost half. Add sugar, khoya, saffron and boil it for about 15-20 minutes or till it thickens. Stir frequently to avoid lumps. Add cardamom powder and switch off the heat. Let it cool. Add custard apple pulp and mix it well.

Keep it in the refrigerator to make it cold. Garnish it with almonds, pistachio and serve it.
