Custard-Dry Fruit Poha(Beaten Rice)

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
1 litre milk
3 tablespoon custard powder
2 cup poha(Beaten rice)
½ cup sugar
5-6 cashew nuts
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
¼ cup tuti fruiti/cherries
Take milk in a pan and heat it. Add sugar and custard powder and heat again. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Boil it till it thickens slightly. Let it cool. Put it in the refrigerator to make it chilled.
Add poha and put it in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes.
Add almonds, cashew nuts, cardamom powder, tuti fruiti and serve chilled.
You can add fruits of your choice also.
