Mint Ladoos(Phudina Ladoos)

Makes 15-16 small ladoos
1 cup rava/suji
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves(phudina)
2 tablespoon ghee(clarified butter)
3 tablespoon fresh cream
Take a pan and heat ghee. Add rava and saute it till it turns light brown. Add sugar, mint leaves and mix it well. Add cream, mix and turn off the gas stove.
Let it cool slightly. Divide into small balls and roll it with hands. Grease your hands with ghee if necessary. Arrange in a dish and let it cool completely.
Store it in an air tight container.
