Makes 12-14 balls
1 cup oats
1 ½ cup finely chopped dates
3 teaspoon milk
1 tablespoon ghee/clarified butter
Roast dry oats either in pan or in microwave for 2 minutes.
Finely chop dates and soak it in milk for 5 minutes. Crush it properly.
Take a pan and heat ghee. Add oats and sauté it for 1-2 minutes. Add dates and sauté it for 2-3 minutes more.
Let it cool for some time. Grease your hands with ghee, make 12-14 parts and roll the balls.
You can store it for 3-4 days in an air-tight container.
