2 cups roasted peanuts crushed
1 cup sugar
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon ghee
Cardamom, pistachio, almonds for garnishing
Take a pan and heat ghee. Add roasted peanuts and sauté till it is light brown.
Take another pan, add sugar and water and cook it till the syrup is two threads, thick enough so that when added to peanuts should be a thick lump.
Add it to the peanuts and mix it well. Take a dish, grease it with ghee and pour the mix into the dish. Garnish it with cardamom powder, pistachio and almonds and let it cool. Make small pieces and serve.
