Serves: 3


2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes

1 cup sugar

½ cup milk

2 tablespoon

1 teaspoon cardamom powder/elaichi

½ teaspoon nutmeg powder/jaiphal

Pinch of saffron/kesar

Nuts for garnishing



Take a pan and heat ghee. Add mashed potato and sauté it for about 5 minutes till it turns light brown.

Add milk, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, nutmeg powder and cook it till it thickens.

Garnish it with nuts and serve it immediately.
