Rajgharo Halwa (Amaranth Flour)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
3 big spoon rajgharo(amaranth flour)
2 big spoon ghee
2 big spoon sugar
2 glass of milk
1 teaspoon elaichi powder
¼ tablespoon saffron
Take a kadai(wok) and heat ghee. Add rajgharo and sauté for around 10 minutes till it turns slight brown. Add milk, saffron and elaichi powder. Stir it properly and add sugar and again let it cook for 8-10 minutes till ghee leaves the sides.
Garnish with almonds and pistachio and serve it hot.
