Rose Ladoos

Rose Ladoos

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Makes 15-16 small ladoos


1 cup rice flour

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup finely cut rose petals

2 tablespoon ghee(clarified butter)

3 tablespoon fresh cream



Take a pan and heat ghee. Add rice flour and saute it till it turns light brown. Add sugar, rose petals and mix it well. Add cream, mix and turn off the gas stove.

Let it cool slightly. Divide into small balls and roll it with hands. Arrange in a dish and let it cool completely. 

Store it in an air tight container.
