1 cup maida/all purpose flour
½ cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoon rose syrup
½ cup finely cut rose petals
Take a bowl. Add maida, sugar, rose syrup, rose petals and mix it well. Add 3 tablespoon of oil, mix it well. Add water as per the need and knead dough. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
Make 4 equal balls from dough. Roll it into 10-12 inch diameter roti. Cut into shape of your choice with cookie cutter or roll into small circles. Pierce it with fork and spread it to dry for 5-10 minutes.
Take a pan and heat oil. Put 5-6 puris at a time and deep fry on medium to low flame till it is done. Deep fry all the puris and spread it on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Let it cool completely.
Store in an air-tight container.
