Tri-colour Sugarpara

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time; 30-40 minutes

Serves: 5-6

2 cup wheat flour/maida(all purpose flour)

2 cup sugar

1 cup water

Take wheat or maida, add 2 teaspoon of oil and knead it. Leave it for 15-20 minutes.

Take a kadai(wok) and heat oil for frying. Make 4-5 equal balls from dough and prepare a bit roti. Cut it into small diamond shapes and deep fry it.

Take a vessel. Add sugar and water and put it on the gas stove to boil it to make sugar syrup. It should be very thick. Make three parts of sugar mixture. Let one be white, second red and third green. You can add food colour if you like it, or else can have it white.

Spread all the sakarparas in a big dish and pour sugar syrup on it and mix it slowly so that it sticks on all the sakarparas. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.

Your sweet sakarparas are ready to eat.
