25 baskets

3 big finely chopped boiled potatoes

1 cup finely chopped capsicum

1 cup finely chopped carrots (par boiled)

1 cup finely chopped tomatoes

½ cup pomegranate seeds

1 cup green chutney

1 cup tamarind-date chutney

3 teaspoon chaat masala

2 cup besan sev





Take pressure cooker, add 2 small glasses of water and boil it. Cut potatoes into half and put it in the boiling water. Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Let the cooker cool. Take out potatoes and let it cool slightly. Peel the skin and cut into small pieces.

Par boil carrots either in microwave for 2 minutes or cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain the water. and cut into small pieces. 

Take a bowl. Add potatoes, carrots, capsicum, tomatoes, salt, pepper, chaat masala and mix it well.

Arrange baskets in a plate. Put vegetable mix in the basket. Sprinkle besan sev, green chutney, tamarind-date chutney and serve it immediately.

You can even choose your own stuffing as per your liking. If both the chutneys are ready then it takes even less time.
