5-6 bread slices
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
3 tablespoon finely chopped green chillies
2 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
5-6 Curry leaves
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Take bread slices and make very small pieces. Keep it aside.
Take a pan and heat oil. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add curry leaves, green chillies and stir it. Add onions and saute it till it becomes translucent. Add tomatoes and saute it till oil leaves its side.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and stir it. Add bread pieces and mix it well. Sprinkle about 3-4 teaspoon of water so that all the spices will mix it well with the bread. Cook it for about 1-2 minutes on low flame.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it immediately.
