3 cup idli batter
2 cup boiled corn kernels
1 cup finely chopped red pepper/capsicum
1 cup finely chopped spring onions
1 teaspoon chaat masala
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon red chilly powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Boil corn for 2 minutes in microwave oven. If you are using boiled corns (you get it ready in the market) then you don’t need to boil it. Add red pepper, spring onions, chaat masala, garam masala, red chilly powder, salt and mix it well.
Take idli batter in a bowl. Add salt, baking soda and mix it well.
Take a non-stick tawa/skillet and heat it. Put about ½ teaspoon of oil, one big serving spoon of batter and spread it. Sprinkle corn mixture and slightly press it with your hands. Cook it on both sides smearing it with oil on a medium flame till it is done.
Serve it hot with chutney or enjoy just like that.
