![]() Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 1 packet vermicelli 3-4 finely chopped green chillies 5-6 curry leaves 1 cup curd 8-10 raisins (optional) 1 teaspoon cumin seeds ¼ teaspoon asafoetida Salt 2 tablespoon oil Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method Take vermicelli and break into small pieces. Take kadai and heat oil. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chillies and vermicelli. Saute it for about 8-10 minutes on a low flame stirring continuously or till it turns light brown. Add 1 glass of water, salt, raisins and stir continuously to mix it well. It will become thick when it will absorb water. Add curd, mix it properly and switch off the heat immediately. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot. |
