Method Take a bowl. Add cooked rice, cheese, ginger paste, garam masala, fennel seeds, green chillies, salt and mix it well. Add besan and mix it again. Grease your hands with oil, take 2 teaspoon of mixture and make a roll. Prepare all the rolls same way. Take a pan and heat oil. Deep fry rolls in batches. Serve it immediately with green chutney.
