Preparation Time: 10 minutes

2 cup cooked rice
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup besan (gram flour)
2 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garam masala(spicy powder)
1 teaspoon coarsely ground fennel seeds
5-6 finely chopped green chillies
Oil for frying
Take a bowl. Add cooked rice, cheese, ginger paste, garam masala, fennel seeds, green chillies, salt and mix it well. Add besan and mix it again.
Grease your hands with oil, take 2 teaspoon of mixture and make a roll. Prepare all the rolls same way.
Take a pan and heat oil. Deep fry rolls in batches.
Serve it immediately with green chutney.
You can even use leftover rice.
