![]() Roti Rolls Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 6 chappatis/rotis 2 cup besan 2 teaspoon red chilly powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspooon sugar 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 lemon Salt Oil for frying Method Take besan, add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, sugar, garam masala, lemon juice, water and make a thick paste. Take one roti and spread this mixture on it, leaving the edges. Roll the roti and make a roll. Prepare all such rolls. Take a flat pan, add little oil and shallow fry all the rolls. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup. |
