![]() Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 9 idlis 1 cup julienne of capsicum/bell peppers 1 cup julienne of onions 1/2 cup schezwan sauce 1/4 cup water Salt 2 teaspoon of oil Method Cut idlis into long pieces Take a pan and heat oil. Add onions and saute it for about 2 minutes till it becomes translucent. Add capsicum and saute it for about a minute. Add salt, schezwan sauce, water and let it come to the boil. Use minimum of salt as schezwan sauce also contains salt. Add idlis and mix it well. Cook on low flame for about 1-2 minutes till the spices are mixed properly. Serve it immediately. |
