Strawberry Banana Crepes

Strawberry Banana Crepes

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 2


2 cup chopped bananas

1 cup strawberry crush/puree

4 tablespoon powdered sugar

For Crepes

2 cup maida

2 1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon melted butter

2 tablespoon powdered sugar

A pinch of salt



Take a bowl. Add all dry ingredients and butter and mix it. Slowly add milk and whisk it properly so that lumps are not created.

Take a tawa/griddle and heat it. Add 2-3 drops of oil and brush it. Pour a ladle of batter in the center of pan and spread it evenly to make a thin crepe.

Cook one side till it is light brown and then flip it over on the other side and cook it.

Take about 1 tablespoon of strawberry crush and spread it in the center. Put bananas on it and fold from both the sides.

Prepare all the crepes in such a way.

Arrange it on the plate. Sprinkle powdered sugar and garnish it with strawberry crush and bananas.

Serve it immediately.

Note: You can also use chopped strawberries instead of crush or puree.
