Vaghareli Bhakhri with garlic curd

Ingredients

2 bhakhris

1 cup curd

4 teaspoon garlic paste

2 teaspoon red chilly powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

¼ teaspoon asafoetida

4-5 curry leaves

Salt

 

Method

Make small pieces of bhakhris. Take oil in kadai. Temper it with mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook it for about 4-5 minutes.

Take oil in another pan. Temper it with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and garlic paste. Take it down from the gas stove and add curd, salt, red chilly powder.

Pour it on the bhakri. Serve immediately.
