Aloo Chana Chaat (Potato Chickpeas Chaat)

Aloo Chana Chaat (Potato-Chickpeas Chaat)

2 cup boiled white chickpeas

3 boiled and diced potatoes

1 cup finely chopped capsicum/bell pepper

1 cup finely chopped cucumber

1 pomegranate

3 finely chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup tamarind-date chutney

1/2 cup green chutney

1/4 cup garlic chutney (optional)

1 cup besav sev

1 cup finely chopped onions

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoon chaat masala

1 teaspoon red chilly powder

1 teaspoon black salt




Take a bowl. Add chickpeas, diced potatoes, capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, black salt, chaat masala, red chilly powder and mix it well.

To serve 

Put this mix in a plate. Add tamarind chutney, green chutney, sprinkle onions, sev, chaat masala, pomegranate seeds and serve.
