Method Soak barji flour and rava in curd for about 3 hours. The batter should be very thick otherwise it will be very difficult to make pakodas. Add garlic-ginger paste, green chillies, sesame seeds, salt, soda bi card, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and mix it well. Take kadai/wok and heat oil. Wet your hands and make small pakodas and deep fry it in small badges. Fry it on low flame otherwise it will remain uncooked from inside.
