![]() Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 2 cup maida/all purpose flour 1 cup mashed banana 1 cup grated carrots 3 tablespoon powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 cup milk Oil to cook Method Take a bowl. Add maida, banana, carrots, sugar, cinnamon powder, baking soda, milk and mix it well. Add water if necessary. The consistency of the batter should be thick but pouring. Take a non stick tawa/griddle and heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it evenly to make a circle. Cook it on one side and when it becomes light brown flip it over and cook on the other side same way. Prepare all the pancakes in the same way. Serve it immediately. |
