Grilled Coriander Sticks

Cooking Time: 35 minutes
To make Sticks
7 slices of bread
2 cup coriander leaves/cilantro
2 teaspoon ginger paste
5-6 finely chopped green chillies
3 teaspoon lemon juice
Oil to grease
To make Tomato Cheesy Sauce
1 ½ cup tomato puree
¾ cup grated cheese
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
To make tomato-cheesy sauce- Take a pan, add tomato puree, salt, garlic paste, red chilly powder and cook it for 5-6 minutes. Switch off the gas stove. Add grated cheese and mix it well.
To make sticks- Take slices of bread, sprinkle about 2 teaspoon of water and mash it with hands. Make sure that it should be dry. Add salt, lemon juice, ginger paste, green chillies, coriander leaves and mix it well. Knead it like soft dough.
Grease your hands with oil. Take about 1-2 teaspoon of coriander mix and roll the sticks with hands. Prepare all the sticks like that.
Preheat oven. Take a baking tray, grease it with oil and arrange half of the sticks on the tray. Grill it for 15 minutes. While the first batch is in oven you can keep the second batch ready. Same way grill the second batch.
Serve it hot with tomato-cheesy sauce and green chutney.
