Paneer-Peas Chaat

Paneer-Peas Chaat

Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 4


4 cup chaat puris

2 cup paneer

1 cup peas

1 cup tomato sauce

1 cup finely chopped onions

½ cup green chutney

2 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 teaspoon chaat masala

1 cup besav sev




Take paneer and peas, add salt, pepper, chaat masala and leave it for 10 minutes.

Take a dish. Crush some puris and spread it in the dish, put next layer of paneer-peas, pour tomato sauce, green chutney, sprinkle some chaat masala and finally sev on the top.

Serve it immediately.
