Method Take paneer and peas, add salt, pepper, chaat masala and leave it for 10 minutes. Take a dish. Crush some puris and spread it in the dish, put next layer of paneer-peas, pour tomato sauce, green chutney, sprinkle some chaat masala and finally sev on the top. Serve it immediately. |
