Preparation Time: 20 minutes
10 bread slices
5-6 boiled potatoes
1 cup roasted peanuts slightly crushed
4-5 finely chopped green chillies
4-5 curry leaves
1 tablespoon of oil
Mash the boiled potatoes. Take a pan and heat the oil. Add curry leaves and green chillies. Stir it for 2-3 times. Add potato mash and slightly crushed peanuts. Add salt and lemon juice. Cook it for about 3-4 minutes. Take out the curry leaves.
Take a slice of bread. Apply potato mixture. Cover it with bread. Prepare all the sandwiches.
Toast or grill it. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
