Rajghira Potato Patties

2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes(4-5 big potatoes)
1 cup + 1/2 cup amaranth flour/rajghira
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 teaspoon green chillies paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Take a bowl. Add potato mash, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, green chillies-ginger paste, salt, cumin powder, cinnamon powder and mix it well. Add 1 cup rajghira
flour and mix it well to make soft dough.
Divide this mixture into small balls and press it with your hands to make patty. If it sticks
to your hands, wet your hands with water or oil.
Take a dish and pour remaining rajghira flour into it. Roll the patties into it and press it
Take a pan and pour about 1 tablespoon of oil. Shallow fry all the patties in batches.
Serve it with chutney.
