![]() Rice Pakodas Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 3 Ingredients 2 cup cooked rice ½ cup curd 1 cup besan (Bengal gram flour) 4-5 finely chopped green chillies 1 teaspoon of sugar 2 tablespoon of coriander leaves 1 teaspoon of ginger paste Salt Oil for frying Method Soak cooked rice in curd for about 1 hour. Then add salt, sugar, green chillies, ginger paste and mix it well. Add besan and mix it well. Take a frying pan and heat oil. Put small dumplings in oil and deep fry. Serve hot it tomato ketchup and green chutney. |
