Method Soak sabodana in water for about 2-3 hours. Soak it in flat vessel. Strain it in the sieve. Take kadai/frying pan and heat oil. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, finely chopped potatoes and sauté it for about 8-10 minutes on a low flame. Add red chillies, ginger paste, coriander paste, salt and sauté it for 2-3 more minutes. Finally, add sabodana and cook it for 4-5 minutes on a low flame. Close the lid, stir it occasionally. Serve it immediately with curd or raita. |
