Schezwan Noodles

Schezwan Noodles

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 3


1 pkt boiled noodles

1 cup finely chopped spring onions

1 cup julienne of carrots

1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum/bell peppers

1 teaspoon garlic paste

4 tablespoon schezwan sauce

2 tablespoon tomato ketchup


1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoon oil


Cook noodles as per the instructions on the packet.

Take a pan and heat oil. Add spring onions and saute it. Add carrots, capsicum and cook till it is half done. Add salt, garlic, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper and mix it well.

Finally, add noddles, mix it and cook it for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.

Garnish it with basil leaves and serve it.
