Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes
3 cup idli batter
2 cups chopped spinach
4 tablespoon ginger-garlic-green chillies paste
A pinch of cooking soda
Blanch spinach in warm water and blend it to make puree.
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients except oil.
Take and heat the tawa. Put 1 teaspoon oil. Pour a big tablespoon of mixture and spread it evenly.
Cook on both the sides smearing it with oil till it is crispy.
Serve it hot with garlic curd, tomato ketchup and spring onions.
