2 cup chickpeas
1 onion finely chopped
4 tablespoon finely chopped dill
3 tablespoon minced garlic
A pinch of baking soda
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Soak chickpeas for 8 hours. Drain water and blend chickpeas and onion to make coarse mixture.
Take a bowl. Add chickpeas mixture, dill, garlic, baking soda, black pepper, salt and mix it well.
Take a pan and heat oil for frying.
Make small balls from the mixture and slightly press it. Prepare all tamiyas. Deep fry tamiya in batches till it is light brown. Put it on the kitchen towel to drain excess oil. Add 2-3 teaspoon of gram flour if it is breaking. Mix the flour and make it again.
Serve it with green chutney.
Note: Add sesame seeds if you like it.
