3 cup idli batter
2 cup tomato puree
1 teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder
4-5 finely chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients except oil.
Take tawa and heat it. Put 1 teaspoon oil. Pour a ladleful of mixture and spread it evenly.
Cook on both the sides smearing it with oil till it is crispy.
Serve it hot with garlic curd, tomato ketchup and spring onions.
